<p>I received my letter over a month ago. I got my letter so early since I was recruited for the track team. My SAT math was 560, Reading 580 and Writing 540, plus my GPA was 3.18. I felt bad i took the spot of someone who is truly smarter than me but I guess that's too bad MUHAHA. Anyway I'm curious to see when the letters come in for non-athletes so I can see who I will spending the next 4 years of my life with. Out of the 250 seniors in my school about 200 applied to Binghamton.</p>
<p>Any transfer students find out yet? Bing confuses me, cuz it says on the website that decisions will be mailed after April 1st, but an email told me I should hear BY April 1st. Oh well.</p>

<p>Binghamton is having another female dorm scheduled to be opened for the fall if they don't run out of funds...so you have a better chance of being admitted as a female. The school is having their pick of students because of the enormous number of applicants due to the low tuition. It is not the school it used to be...more students, more concrete and more rain.</p>
<p>This isn't nearly as disorganized as my current institution.. I sent my transcripts and application once to Bing, whereas where I am now needed me to send my transcripts 3 times and my recommendations twice before they got them all together.</p>
<p>I wouldn't mind living in an all-girl dorm if it came down to it... I was worried about campus housing anyway so I'll dorm wherever they can fit me.</p>

<p>If their biggest problem so far is a confusion between "ON" or "BY", I wouldn't be concerned. By the way, they MAIL them all ON or BEFORE April 1. You might hear back as late as April 4, depending on how far away from Binghamton, NY you are.</p>
<p>For EA decisions, I had sent in my application on 11/15, and heard back from them on 1/15 (exactly).</p>

<p>27K applicants for 2K slots at Bing this year - up 11%. All SUNY's have more apps and are getting more selective. Got accept letter today.</p>
<p>Well I still did not get my letter, but...........................
I got an email today from Binghamton saying "you're the 1 we want". I was surprised to see them e-mail considering I remember them saying they don't send anything over the internet anymore, but I can't complain. I' guess they were prob backed up and decided to send the emails to keep some of their applicants from stressing out.</p>
<p>still nothing from bing! for gods sake give me something. No emails no mail, what the hell is going on! at this point at least give me a rejection letter so that i dont have to wait another year. Honestly i have to start narrowing down my choices! so annoying</p>
