<p>I applied to wisconsin on december 7 (approx 12 weeks ago) and i still have not heard back. Some of my friends who did regular decision heard back and all of my friends who did early, even the ones who got deferred, found out. My theory is because i have borderline grades (3.6 cum) they are taking a little longer to review my application. Does anyone know when i should hear back?</p>
<p>***also i am out of state, live in northern california, have pretty high test scores, and have other extracurriculars if that helps with your answer. Thanks</p>

<p>My D is also oos awaiting her decision. She applied before the 11/1 First Fall Notification deadline and heard back that her app was postponed for RD. I haven’t seen any decision posts for students that applied after 11/1. Perhaps your friends applied before the 11/1 date. The decisions are scheduled to come out by the end of March according to the UW web site. Good luck.</p>

<p>3.6 cum gpa, 29 act, varsity football, varsity rugby (had to stop this year because of concussions), varsity track, a few other sports i did as an underclassman, some volunteer work and a really prestigious internship at a concert planning company in San Francisco.</p>
<p>What is the deal with Wisconsin? When will deferred students hear again?</p>
