I am applying to SUNY Oswego for early decision and the deadline is November 30th. I currently have one letter of recommendation and I’m going to try to get another in September but I emailed the school and they said only one letter is mandatory so it’s not a must for me. I am a NYC resident and I’m applying to three other SUNY schools for regular admission but Oswego is my first choice. I’m retaking the SAT on October 3rd and the results come out the 22nd. Should I send in the application then send my second SAT scores or should I just wait until the end of October. Do they start reading the applications after November 30th or is it the earlier the better. second question… I only have one recommendation letter if I’m applying early decision should I get two
