I'm a first gen. US college student, so I'm not sure about this.

I took an October SATII and am waiting for the results to come out (on 10/28). I'm applying to multiple colleges EA (deadline for all between November 1-8). Should I send out the scores I already have now?

I haven't finished my applications either; can/should I send the scores out before I send the applications? Will it be too late?

As a general rule, send the scores as soon as possible.

The only reason to not send score immediately is if you want to see your scores and ensure they present you in the best possible light. However, the overwhelming majority of colleges will only consider your highest scores and ignore all others so there is no penalty to sending them immediately.

Some students take SATII tests as sophomores and use their four free reports at that time. Colleges simply open a new file and keep the scores on record for two years until the rest of the application arrives.

If you have Nov 1 deadline, you have requested score report already. If the school accept Oct SAT score for Nov 1 deadline, you may need to choose the free score report option or order the report before the score came out. Or it may be late. It is recommended to send your scores at least 2-4 weeks before deadline.
