When Should I Take SAT II Chemistry?

I'm a sophomore in high school and is enrolled in Honors Chemistry. I've been getting really good grades, straight As first two marking periods and on the mid-term. I think I have an A+ third marking period. My chemistry teacher also teaches AP Chemistry, the class I'm going to take next year. He's really a good teacher and I feel like I really learned a lot throughout this school year.

Since I'm taking AP Chemistry next year, I thought I'd take SAT II next May. However, some people in my chemistry class who have grades lower than me are taking the SAT II this year, and they thought the practice tests weren't hard.

So when should I take SAT II Chemistry? This June or next year?

Thanks,

Has your class gone over equilibrium?

october .

take it next year, lol

No. We have not gone over equilibrium, is it difficult?

Then I'd say take it after AP chem or buy a comprehensive study book and study for weeks.

Chem is one of the harder SAT subject tests. It is the only test with the true, true, with correct explanation (TTCE) format.
