Hello, so I feel as if my AP Human Geography class is going relatively slow and I may not be given as much time to study for the exam. Be mindful that this will be my first AP test and I have a pretty good idea of what to expect. So yeah, when did you guys start studying for this exam (for those of you who didn’t self-study)? I’d love to start full on studying now, but the problem is we haven’t covered all the course material.
I started like two weeks before (and really, I barely studied in those two weeks) and got a 5, but my class also did a great job covering everything and my teacher made sure we knew everything that would be on the exam. I’d say you can start going over the stuff you’ve already learned now, but by early april you can shift into full study mode, and you should be good for the exam. Let me know how it goes!
Now is the perfect time to start! I used Ethel Wood’s study guide and by late March/Early April went into “full study mode.” Don’t just cram stuff in though, ease into the material slowly. Studying doesn’t have to mean stressing yourself out with a truckload of material in a short amount of time, for me it was just going over part of a topic in my free time. Also, Ethel Wood is the best thing ever hands down. Read her book and you’ll be fully prepared. I made a 5.
