<p>No, we accept applications after January 1 with no problem. as far as I know there are no caps on any majors except for Architecture but that is not as popular a major as it used to be. For Engineering and Science there is no problem as long as admission standards are met and the university is actively seeking students for business, psychology, social sciences and humanities.</p>
