Hey guys!

I'm hoping to apply to a few US universities next year as an international student (live in Doha, Qatar, but from India (Indian passport) ). My highschool follows the Indian system. I've just finished 11th grade right now, moving to 12th next week (they're starting early so that we have more time in 12th grade).

Out of the SAT II Physics syllabus, we've done classical mechanics, waves, thermodynamics and heat and in 11th grade. We're gonna do electricity, optics in 12th, and though I'm not sure, I think we'll do a little quantum, atomic, relativistic, nuclear and particle physics (we've touched the chemistry side of the first two in 11th).

We might finish the 12th syllabus only by around December or so. So I'll have to study a lot of the stuff either myself (internet, books) or attend extra classes or such.

So when do you guys suggest I take the test, and how do I prepare for it (a large part of it we'll probably do in school only after the test)?

Thanks for your help! :)
