When to send in the application?

Hey, I was wondering when I should send in my application for Michigan. I'm applying from out of state as a freshman for fall 2009. I want to get in as early as humanly possible (meaning September, I think).

Should/do I send in my application NOW? Or would waiting until early-med September be too late?

Thanks to anyone who responds!

just send it in as soon as possible. If you can, just send it in now, unless you have some revisions that you think you can make.

they won't look at your app until everything is in... so that might take some time to get all the recs and transcripts through your school

Do everything early.

Apply early (As soon as you get back to school)
Get in early
Put your deposit down early.
Apply for Housing early.
Register for Orientation early.
Get Football tickets early (if you are interested).

eeek. so if my guidance counselor (who i don't actually know, but i've heard things...) sends in my recommendation really late, the admissions committee won't even look at it?! will that hurt my chances of getting in?
