<p>Applied for regular decision late in november. when will acceptance letters start being sent out?</p>

<p>Stony Brook will release them in batches starting at the end of the month.</p>

<p>I applied early November and I got the acceptance yesterday on SOLAR. So, checking there (under “application status”) might be helpful.</p>

Russian language(?)</p>

<p>Now Im waiting for Honors/Wise acceptance hopefully!</p>

<p>Honors and WISE go out in March. What did you check as your preference between Honors and WISE?</p>

<p>Darn, my son checked SOLAR today and nothing yet. This is killing me. I think I might be more excited than him. Nahh. But still. Congrats to everyone who received their acceptance to Stony Brook.</p>

<p>My SOLAR still says that my application is being processed, but it now has an tab ‘For New Students’ and is letting me pay my deposit. Does this mean anything?</p>

<p>Congrats to those who have been admitted, and for those who haven’t… please, hang in there. There is NO correlation between when you apply and when you will receive your decision. Keep working hard!</p>
