When will i hear if im considered ELC

<p>i know im top 9% in my graduation class, as ive dont the math from my most recent transcript. When will i hear if im ELC? also does it come in the mail or email? Thanks to anybody who can help</p>

<p>When you submit your UC application, there will be a pop up indicating if you are ELC eligible (at least that was what I saw for the last 2 years) </p>
