Does anyone know when the kids were notified last year?! I'm freaking out over here.

I feel ya.

It depends on what school you applied to. I just got my acceptance letter for ILR, but that has rolling admissions unlike the College.

*** do you mean by the College?!!?!?!?!?!? I mean, I'm sure you're referring to CAS but GEEZ do you even know anything about Cornell aka that there are several "colleges"?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I am worried that all of you accepted people do not truly love Cornell! :(

The College.. sounds more like Columbia to me! lol

haha nickyjane i was talking about arts and sciences. no need to freak out!

Well, word, I knew what you were talking about but freaking out is kind of my thing. Haha ESPECIALLY when it comes to Cornellians knowing less about Cornell than I, an unwanted Cornellian, know.:)

Oh, it wasn't you I was freaking out on anyway, you weren't the one who used the term "The College" aka Mr. IamonthewrongCboard :)

Ok, sorry! I meant CAS, just wasn't really thinking when I was posting. Done killing me for that now?

Yeah i'm really curious too, anyone know when we'll hear???

i dont know. i have no clue.

but would nt it be like the end of March?

duh -_-

isn't it like every other ivy? early April?

ya it is april 1. Btw, what exactly is ILR and what do u do there?

Industrial and Labor relations, i'm not really sure what they do

i got a call from the cornell admissions office and they apparently said it would be march 20-something. i dont really know though because i was not the one who answered the call...someone took a message for me and they just said the adcom called and said it was march 20-something...so not a very reliable message but still...saying march 20something and april 1 are kind of different...but now that i think about it why would they break the whole ivy admission release date thing...so nvm just telling you all what i heard.

Are you talking about a rolling school? Rolling schools are state endowed and therefore are not bound by the common ivy date. Most people heard by march 20th for rolling schools last year, that's true.

no i applied to SEAS

Do you mean CAS? Isn't SEAS Columbia?

well, the Ivy League statement says April 1st...so if you didn't apply to a school with rolling, I'd imagine that you wouldn't find out until the beginning of April

Try March 31st @ 5pm.
