hey everyone! i just wanted to let everyone know that i literally JUST got off the phone with the financial aid office, and to everyone who has been stressing about when they will receive their aid, they said that in about a week or so it will be deposited into their account.
if you have any other questions about your financial aid, feel free to ask.

Oh cool, that’s good to know.

I barely signed up for direct deposit today ><". Is it too late? Will I be able to receive my financial aid on time? :/

you should be fine.

did you get a email from the financial aid office notifying you about you financial aid previously?

notifying me about what part of financial aid?

I’m wondering if you received any emails telling you which grants you are awarded and for how much. like do you know for certain that you will be getting the pell grant or smart grant or do you find out for the first time when they deposit it into your account.

oh gotcha. you can actually see exactly how each part of your aid will be distributed over all three quarters.
go to the financial aid tab and under recommended tasks, the last option should be called “View Disbursement Requirements and Loan Information”.
