<p>Hi, when do we start picking out our classes? I'm an international kid, so I'm not really comfortable with the "myedu.com" and stuff. Should I wait for International Orientation or will that be too late? And when do we generally start picking out classes?</p>

<p>If you’re not attending CalSO, you will be choosing your first round of classes (phase I Telebears) around 10th-15th July.</p>
<p>If you are in L&S, you will get a link to some self-education material online that will walk you through a lot of the requirements and advising. Typically a student uses this material and then goes to CalSO to confirm it with a live advisor, but those that can’t get to CalSO will still be much more informed once they go through that material.</p>
<p>Also, this is a good forum to post questions, as many will be willing to explain, demystify and give opinions on your proposed choices. And we don’t even charge for it.</p>
