<p>After many emails to various schools' admin offices, I've decided on calling them. However, since I'm overseas and I have to pay a good deal to call back to the states (and I want my money's worth!), I was wondering: What's the best time to call the admin office to schedule an interview? After lunch, right before lunch, mid morning...?</p>
<p>between 9 and 4:30 on a weekday should make sure that none of them are closed. Also between 12 and 2 they are probably less staffed due to people taking lunchbreaks so there is probably less of a chance to get through. So I would say either between 9 and 12 or between 2 and 4 would be best.</p>
