I'm applying for scholarships that the college of engineering I got accepted to is granting, and the deadline, although is far away, is March 1. I want to send it in early because I think I I stand a pretty good chance getting scholarships, but on one part they ask for GPA. My GPA is solid, and it's going to be better next semester because I'm taking 4 APs and have all A's. So should I wait until next semester to send in my application for scholarships with a better GPA on the transcript, or send it in now so I can get better consideration?

As usual it depends. You should ask the school if they parcel it out as applications come in. For most scholarships they will consider all applications that make it in by the deadline. If you can bring your grades up by then, wait.
