Where can I get a PhD. in Sociology or a Masters in Broad Field Social Studies Secondary Education?

I don’t know If I’m just bad at researching(which is ironic considering the degree I want)but I can’t find a college. If someone in college knows/has/is getting a PhD. Sociology PLEASE let me know!
