Where could I potentially get a full ride

Or at least a lot of money, full tuition, anything really, just a lot of it. My parents are not too devoted to paying for my education (will pay for some, not all, and I can't get federal aid, my parents do quite well), I have good test scores, and I most likely will go to graduate school so I am trying to save money at undergrad.

My stats are:
Gpa: 4.344 weighted, something like 3.97 unweighted, one b in one semester ever.
Act: 32
Class rank: 14/558
Public school in Illinois

Ec's
Soccer freshman and sophomore year (moved between sophomore and junior year, California to Illinois)
Volleyball for school team in the spring
Job 20 hrs a week junior and senior year
100 hours over the past 4 years volunteering at an elementary school in Tennessee I attended as a kid

Simply where can I go and get good scholarships? I have already applied to Alabama once I heard about their guaranteed program, but where else would I certainly get major scholarships?
100 hours over the past 4 years of church volunteering

You'd get a full-tuition scholarship at Ohio University:

Take a look at the two threads started by momfromtexas. She found full rides for both of her kids.

godad, the Ohio University Gateway program provides "full ride for in-state tuition." Thus, if the student is from out of state, it doesn't appear to be a full ride because their is an out of state surcharge. It does appear to be a bit misleading
