About what type of schools should I be looking at as my reaches, matches, and safeties? I feel my SATs and other standardized tests are good, while my ECs are meh and so broad that there's nothing to tie them together...

SAT: 2280 (730 r, 800 m, 750 w) retaking in two weeks to bump up reading
SAT 2: Math II: 800, USH: 780
PSAT: 220 first time, 214 second time
ACT: taking soon

GPA: 4.5/5.33 weighted, will go up by at least .1 after this year. No uw but probably nothing lower than a 3.85. I'm also taking basically the most challenging course load my school offers.

APs: USH was a 5, this year I'm taking Calc BC, Lang and Comp, Music Theory, Comp Gov, and US Gov. (Expecting 4 or 5 on all except for Music Thoery,,, the listening and sight singing could hurt me.) Next year I'm taking Spanish, Macro Econ, Micro Econ, Comp Science, Literature, and Physics C.

ECs:
- Captain of Science Olympiad Team, and we're expecting good results this spring.
- Mission trip with my church to Costa Rica, 60 hours of service. Not sure if I should use this...
- Varsity Cross-Country, Varsity Spring Track, good times as a Freshman and Sophomore, fastest for my grade of 750 on the team, but an injury took me out for almost a year... It took 8 months to find out what it was, and I got surgery a few months a go. Recovering from surgery atm, soon ready to run.
- Played piano for years, I played at Weill Recital Hall @ Carnegie Hall, I've played 16 hours of piano for seniors at a retirement home, and I'm taking the ABRSM Level 5 exam this spring (not very difficult), and maybe I'll take a harder one this fall depending on how I do on level 5.
- Volunteered at a local museum's seaside center over the summers when I wasn't in Sweden, about 80 hours.
- I am a liaison between a local United Way volunteer organization and my high school. The organization has homework clubs at all the local elementary schools and I'm helping supply tutors by recruiting students from my high school, and advertising the opportunity.

Summer Programs:
- I applied for LBW Wharton, a business summer program, idk if I'll get in
- This summer I am going to a free engineering program at Manhattan College for women and minorities (I'm not either of those)
^purpose of both is really for me to see which I like more and learn more about the two subject areas because I'm not really exposed to either at school

Awards/Honors:
- School-wide communications award for an essay on stage directions in a play
- Bronze on National Spanish Exam?
- National Spanish Honor Society?
- XC most improved? Not sure if this or the above two are things I should put on my app

I'm going for a Silver Presidential Service Award

I might get an AP scholar thing

Probably National Honor Society

So as you can see I have a "laundry list" of ECs with no real demonstrated passion/focus. I am committed to all of them though and I have put in a lot of time into every one of the ECs I listed.

If it helps I am a white male who goes to a big public high school in the Northeast that's pretty competitive. This year's class had almost 10 kids get into Harvard ED (although this is a lot higher than normal) out of a class of about 700, a few others to other Ivys ED.

Assuming good supplements, about what schools should I look at as reaches, matches, and safeties?
And also if you can, chances for Wharton LBW?

Thanks :)
