I plan to retake my Math IIC and SATI. Should I consider taking the ACT? In addition, my scores for AP Art, AP Bio, APUSH and AP English are coming. What universities or colleges should I apply to? Am I a shoe in anywhere? What are my chances at the best colleges in the nation...Ivy Leauge, MIT, Stanford?

You have the grades, but the scores dont reflect them. Bring your scores up and you look good. No one really is a shoe in at an Ivy or Stanfurd or MIT. Where do you live. And what is your major?

If you are also from a disadvantaged background and go to a weak high school, good colleges will want to wor with you. While your total SAT score seems low, even with URM status, is math is what dragged you down so schools may give you a break.

Your grades in high school, at the cc and Harvard indicate you'll do well in college. Especially the Harvard class which was in science that could have been a weakness for you. Do what you can to raise the SATI, but I would go ahead and try at some top colleges. Have some solid matches a tier down though. Colby, Middlebury, Kenyon, Oberlin, CMC could be a few.

I live in California. I'm situated within the vicinity of Stanford and UC Berkeley. In addition, I come from a disadvantaged background and I'm a mixed race. I am also ranked 1 out of 300 in my school. And I plan to major in Medicine or some type of Biological Science.

You have a fabulous GPA, but hows your class rank? Schools will look at your GPA, then your SAT scores, and just assume you go to a really easy school.

I took four AP exams this year. Would high scores (5's) on my AP exams be enough to credential me as a qualified candidate for selective schools?

I don't really know too much about this, but I'd imagine that 5's would boost your chances significantly. A lot of people are just not too good at taking most tests but do well on APs... if that's the case for you, colleges may be able to figure that out with 5's across the board. On the other hand, one of the main reasons the College Board exists is so that they can differentiate between schools--students who get all A's at one school but board scores of mixed quality might just go to a really easy school. Solid APs would be a good way to show that's not the case with you.
