So I am a little late to the game in deciding I might want a CPA (e.g. not accounting major in undergrad). I have a JD and have application pending to the bar and am wondering how close I would be to sitting for the CPA. I realize I would need to take accounting classes to actually pass the exam but am looking to determine how close I am to the 150 credit requirement. Here are the courses:

Accounting for Lawyers
Federal Income Taxation
Tax: Corp & Shareholder
Tax: Securities and Financial Instruments

In undergrad I took several economics courses, stats, among other things, these count towards the non-accounting credits right?

Thanks.
