I called them and they said "Oh we dont have your Social security # on our system"
btw, a few of my classmates have the same problem also, so its impossible for all of us to miss the SS number on our applications. is this some kind of consprisy against our school?!!?!</p>
<p>They type it into their system MANUALLY. I had a similar issue with my son. I noticed their mistake on a paper we got from NYU back in February confirming receipt of the application. I also got a letter from them the last week in march telling us they had aid info but couldn't process it because of not having info. They have your fafsa info but they have you misplaced because of the SS# typo. The person I spoke with in February never fixed it. The person in March did. I got the aid letter in a few days after that.</p>
