Where should i apply to college/ where CAN i get in?

i go to a private catholic school. im in the top 33% of my class with a 3.6 GPA out of 4.5. on a 4.0 scale, its a 3.2. i take all honors classes and will be taking 2 AP classes my senior year. i live in NJ and im on Student Council and apart of the National Honors Society. i was thinking of applying to Rutgers: Main Campus, University of Maryland College Park, Towson U, maybe Salisbury. i dont know. but anyway, where should i apply considering i get mostly B's and a few A's? i want a pretty big school, like Rutgers with 20,000 + kids. i got a cumulative score of 1590. 530 critical reading, 540 on math, and 520 on writing. i only took the SAT twice. i want to go to a school outside of NJ considering i HATE nj. suggestions would be great. thanks.

What can you afford? What are your selection criteria for schools other than big? (Location, major, culture, weather…)

i can afford most schools, but nothing 50,000 a year or over. we’d prefer a less expensive school. i’d like nice/warm weather and i have no idea what i’d want to major in. all i know is i’d want to start off with the arts/humanities

Take a look at College of Charleston ($37k p.a.), and Elon - both popular choices in our area.

Elon isn’t a big school and is prob. a reach based on the SAT scores.
Maybe…
