I am not sure if I applying ED to any universities would be a good idea. I am sort of interested in studying Engineering and Economics equally. I do need high financial aid and I am an international student. I can pay uptil 20k I guess. I know its going to be realy tough for me.
I have the crazy idea to applying ED to any of the Ivy s, but will that be a practical option for me? I want to apply within the top 30. But I do feel if I should apply ED, i should do it to a university where even if by some miracle I do get in, I should not regret pulling off my apps from other unis. Can anyone please suggest me a practical place?

Assuming you are international, your test scores really aren’t competitive for anything you are thinking of. Even if you were a US student, I’m not sure there’s anything you’d be certain to get into in the Top 30 except maybe Michigan if you were in-state. You need higher test scores, especially as an international.

So if I can get my score realy high this time in Oct, then should I take a shot?

That’s totally your call.
