If I get accepted into any fly-in programs, should I list them on my application for all schools I apply to (even if the fly-in program is for a different school than the one I’m applying to?) or just for the school in which the fly-in program is hosted? And do I list them under extracurriculars, awards/honors, or additional info…or should they not be listed at all?
Thank you!
I personally don’t plan on doing that especially on my apps to other schools I didn’t attend a fly-in for. I think the schools you visit will already be aware that you attended their program, but you can ask the coordinator. My assumption is that if they wanted you bad enough to pay hundreds of dollars for you to visit, you will likely be fine as long as your grades stay high and your application doesn’t hold any major blemishes.
A fly in is not the type of thing you would list at all. Period.
