Where to start? National Hispanic Recognition Scholar

<p>About 2 weeks ago, my daughter receieved a certificate in hand from a school staff person as recognition for her score on her PSAT from last year. </p>

<p>We didn't think anything of it until she went to apply to a in-state school and she excitedly realized that this might be a bigger deal then what we thought!</p>

<p>So on the certificate it states National Hispanic Recognition Program 2013-2014 Scholar.</p>

<p>Is there a specific list anywhere that states which schools recognize this certificate? We have spent most of today randomly trying to find other schools that actually award scholarship money for this achievement. While we are excited to have tuition covered for 4 years in-state we are of course curious if any other schools known for engineeri!ng are out there. If there is not a list, please share what you know :)</p>
