Where to transfer - UGA vs. UNC

Hey all, my first post here and I am hoping to get some advice. Here is my situation, I am a resident in Georgia, and I am currently a sophomore Finance major at Kennesaw State University (it's now the second largest school in the state, right after UGA.) As much as I like KSU I was looking to transfer to a school with a more recognizable name. I have applied to a couple of schools and just recently received an acceptance letter from my first choice - UNC - Chapel Hill. (I believe that I will also get accepted to UGA). Now for the dilemma, is it worth it to transfer and pay the out of the state tuition (around 35K / year) for 2 years and get a degree from UNC or should I transfer to UGA, receive the HOPE scholarship and in-state tuition and only pay around 5-8K per year. Any insight and opinion will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Could anyone please give their 2 cents? Even if you have pros or cons between the two schools, I would like to hear your side. Thank you!

Stay at KSU.
