So what are my chances, and also where would you apply, with these stats, so i can consider some more schools. Thanks!

Well, what are your interests? In what do you want to major?

This really comes off as an attempt to brag. If you did all of that self study and debate it seems unlikely that you are incapable of doing your own research for colleges.

That said, if you get your test scores up then you have a shot anywhere.

In somewhere with AA.

No I REALLY was not trying to brag, i was actually feeling low, bc my SAT scores are so low, and I was trying to find some schools where i could be compteitive. The only thin is that bc i have three other brothers, one of which is already in school, i need a school that has generous financial aid, hopefully without loans (bc of law school) but the only schools that do that seem to be the VERY competitive ones. I intend to major in chemistry btw.

Holy sh** nice weighted GPA.

Oh, it may be different bc i school has a system where unweighted is based on a 4.0 scale and weighted is based on a 6.0 scale, so it is only 5.49/6.0, but you can't get a 6 bc you have to take classes like gym, so our val has like a 5.75.

True . I hate required classes that are non-honors/non-AP..

Yeah, that is kind of why i had to quit football, consequently it is making for a good additional on the common app, bc i also broke my wrist and was in a cast for six months and then had to get surgery.

Ruaddd, 1) That is rude i don't know why a person would say such things, and also i was actually asking for information, there are ppl on here who make me feel dumb and 2) i hope you are a girl, bc if not that is just WIERD!

lol Dbate, it still might be considered weird even if he/she was a girl.

Because you are an URM, and you have decent scores, you will get into somewhere in the top 20.

Take the ACT or take the SAT again. If you get ~32 ACT or improve your SAT by 100-200 points you will be much better off.

Alas, the SAT problem. I will be taking the Literature SAT 2 (hopefully close to an 800) and Chemistry SAT 2 (probably around 700). I just hope my SATs don't keep me out of good colleges.
