I'm an international student and freshman in a four-year college. - Business major
I want to get into just top school with enough asian population. I'm in .05% asian population, which I can barely see asian around me. I'm pretty isolated and I don't like the feeling of alienation and racism.

I just want to transfer and have a better college life.
- racist approaches
- far from town - I don't have a car
These are things I'm feeling.

My College GPA in the first semester is about 3.6
But I don't think I can even get into top 30...right now and some colleges requires at least 60 credits or some sort of junior level transfer.
And also my high school GPA is very low 3.2 and 1700s SAT...
-> from these aspects everyone suggests me to transfer after two years because usually college won't consider high school grades and SAT scores as junior transfer.

But I just cannot stand for staying here for 2 years. I literally not talking with anyone and just staying in my dorm doing my hw.

So... I'm thinking whether I should try to transfer twice... a lot of people against it because it's hard doing application again and transferable Credits and all sorts of things....and also some people say transfer twice might affect my career when I try to get a job.

But does anyone recommend it? or anyone who had experienced the same situation as mine?
anu suggestions?

Solution 1:
Stay in this school for two years...just do my hw and concern about GPA.. and transfer as junior level.

Solution 2:

Try to transfer to college like Fordham, BU, and Northeastern, then after a year, transfer again to a better college(NYU, USC... that kinda). - I do know it's hard. I'll do whatever I have to do to maintain my GPA.

Btw I do not agree with people who says students should consider about whether they suit in the situation. I do agree some parts but also college level and ranking is also very important for me. I know it was slacking off in high school and I really feel bad for my parents and I feel shame to myself. - so no matter what my final college career I want to be in a good school.

16 credits - Fall 2012
16 credits - Spring 2013
12 credits - Summer 2013

I also want positive/negative aspects of transferring and transferring twice.
and any people who had the same experience.

Thanks,
