Which acceptance is the greatest: RICE v. UCLA v. NYU STERN

After applying to 20+ colleges (yup, I went all out and no regrets) I was admitted to:
UMich, UVA, UT, USC, UCSD, UCLA, Rice, NYU Stern.

I live in the state of Texas, therefore OOS for UCLA.

I have narrowed down my choices to Rice University, UCLA, and NYU Stern.

I am not certain as to what I plan to pursue for a career.

My peers seem to agree that NYU Stern is the biggest accomplishment. I would like a more global perspective so I am asking you, CCers. Of NYU Stern, Rice, and UCLA, which acceptance is the one to be most proud of? Which is the most difficult college to get into? Which has the biggest "name?" Which has the most recognition?

Disclaimer: I ask out of curiosity, not to make my decision simply based on name/prestige. I have an inkling suspicion that the one with the greatest prestige may be Rice and I am leaning away from Rice at the moment, anyway, because I'd like to get out of Texas.

Thank you.

I’d say those universities have generally equal national prestige but will carry a higher regional prestige than the others depending on where you are. For example, Rice is well-known in the south, UCLA is highly regarded on the west coast, and NYU Stern is prestigious in the northeast.

If you really want a definite answer, Rice is the highest-ranked of those three on the USNews ranking and also boasts the lowest acceptance rate. But if you are leaning to get out of Texas anyways, then Rice’s “prestige” shouldn’t be a factor at all.

Rice doesn’t have undergraduate business.

No worries, I am aware of that. As I have said, I am not certain as to what I will do in the future, but I applied to Rice as an economics major.
