Which ACT score (or both) should I send?

I am applying to good schools, such as UChicago, Cal Poly, USC, Boston U. (I'm talking to their coaches for sports, so I may get help)

I don't want to waste money sending both scores to colleges since it has the same composite..but I am really unsure due to my alarmingly low math score (which apparently doesn't reach the college readiness benchmark.) Obviously I am strong in english and weak in math, but which would be more appropriate to send? Because my scores are higher in almost everything in the Oct. date, besides math.

June ACT:

Composite: 28
Reading: 32
English:32
Science: 24
Math:24
English/Writing: 29 (8)

Oct ACT:
Composite: 28
Reading: 34
English: 31
Science:29
Math: 18
English/Writing: 30 (writing 9)

Thank you so much!

It depends on the school and how they evaluate ACT scores. Some will look at all scores and (unofficially) recalculate a composite. In that case, it would be in your best interest to send both.

But some schools, like Johns Hopkins, only look at the highest composite from a single sitting. In that situation, I would recommend sending the first score. I say that because a math score of 18 could very likely be a red flag. So look at the school’s specific policy and make the decision that would portray you in the best light.
