I am confused as to which ACT scores my daughter should send to the colleges on her list that super score (but do not require all tests to be sent).
First ACT: C=28 (Eng 32, Reading 32, Math 27, science 20) - she thinks she got off on her answers on science - she never had such a low score on practice, but who knows.
Second ACT: C=30 (Eng 32, reading 34, math 26, science 28) - studied for math, but it dropped. She was not able to finish that section, and had to guess on last 9 or 10 problems.
Third ACT: c-30 (Eng 35, reading 32, math 26, science 27) - same math problem, can never finish.
Her super score is a 31, which she achieves by sending all three scores (ss=31) or just the last two scores (ss=30.75 which rounds up).
Our concern is sending the first score with the 20 on science…it is so low. But that was her best math score at 27, so I am not sure which is best. I say skip sending score one. She is applying to liberal arts schools or departments of larger universities. No engineering or business schools.
Thoughts? Thank you!
(she wants to take again because she really wants to get the math score up, for any January deadline schools. Obviously too late for Nov and Dec… I’m pretty much done and think it is what it is).
