Which AP Class to Self Study For?

I'm currently enrolled in AP Lit, MacroEcon, Psych, and Calc AB, in terms of my background. I'm taking honors physics so I'm pretty sure I'm just going to take the Physics B AP test as well. I've previously taken AP US, AP Euro, AP Lang, and AP Stats - I've gotten 3+ on all my exams to date. I decided I want to self study but I don't know which course(s). I'm interested in self studying all of the following subjects, I just don't know what would help me the most in college and what would be the easiest. I'm currently debating between AP Envir. Science, AP Bio, AP World, and AP Gov to self study and take- as well as debating if I even want to take the AP Physics one. Which AP tests between these 5 are the easiest and most useful to get out of the way in high school, taking into account the fact I'm also currently enrolled in an Honors Physics course.

Also: is it true the AP Bio no longer has plants? I heard this somewhere

Thanks a lot - sorry for the long read :(

AP Gov. That’s what I am doing right now and it isn’t that bad.

Most useful? Go to the web sites of the colleges you are interested in and look up their AP credit charts. Also check the department(s) of your possible major(s) to see if they accept the AP credit applied to the major.

Don’t be surprised if many of those you are considering self-studying are not worth much, if anything, in subject credit or placement at colleges.

AP Bio would help me, but that’s the one I’m most skeptical on being able to do. I’ve always been bad at sciences. I like science, but I’m just bad at it. I heard AP Bio is just memorization though. AP Gov wouldn’t help as I’m already getting the credit I need for AP Psych / Macro, I already got the AP World credit in AP Euro, and AP Environ wouldn’t help me at all. I plan on going to the U of Minnesota TC. I’m also just going to give the AP Physics exam a shot even though I’m only in Honors, because my HS doesn’t offer AP Physics.
