Which AP Scores should I send?

I’m a rising senior and as of now the AP Exams I’ve taken include:
Human Geo- 5
Environmental Science- 4
World History- 4
Psych- 4
U.S. History- 4
Physics 1- 4
English Language and Composition- 4
Statistics- 4 (super sad)

I’m going to be taking these courses this upcoming year
Calc AB & BC (my school teaches both in one class in one year)
Physics 2
Chemistry
Micro economics
Macro economics
U.S. Gov
Comparative Politics

Can I only send the ones I have already taken? Should I send a swarm of 4s to schools like with <20% admissions? How exactly should I go about this? Any help is appreciated

If you’re talking the official score report, only send it to the college once you’ve been admitted. If you’re talking about listing your scores on your application, you can list both past and future tests, although you are limited to 15 on the common app. (You can report the 16th on the add’l info section, but personally, I would omit listing calc AB, since the BC score will include an AB subscore). Reporting your AP scores on the common app is optional, but I see no reason why you would not list them; a 4 is still a very good score.

@skieurope so under 20% admission rate colleges won’t look unfavorably upon 4s? Would it even be a minor bolster to my application?

No. AP scores carry little to no weight in the admissions process; they are mainly used for credit and/or placement. A solid AP score (which a 4 is) can also help validate the rigor of the AP course. I would spend zero time worrying about this.

@skieurope thank you so much for the input! They’re already added in my common app!

Actually, I just remembered - you can’t take both the Calc AB and Calc BC exams in the same year anyway, so just list BC.
