Which Bioengineering specialty ahs most potential for the future?

So I am considering doing Bioengineering as my undergrad major and than going on to grad school in that major. I know itsa very young field of study and its still early to decide, but I am curious to know which specialty you think will be most useful in the future in terms of job demand/growth and pay. I was thinking about specializing in either Bioinstrumentation, biomechanics; or Cellular, Tissue and Genetic Engineering. But in general..which specialty you think has most potential?
