Father, go ahead and shoot your son cuz he will fail you...lol
Man, I need to call him and negotiate. He may spare me after I show him how hard it is to get into ucla with econs major. I personally don't wanna choose other major just to get accepted.
Anybody here studying in Fullerton, give me some advices, plz...

who hear knows which is harder!!!!?
ok ok, which is harder to transfer into?

UC BERKELEY business administration

or

UCLA business econ?

which is 'more impossible'?????

Haas by a long shot... 8% transfer admit rate.. good game.

k good so i hve a chance at UCLA maybe lol im still a senior in high school just looking ahead.

i figure i'll get a 4.0 in community college, get a job, haha i'll be fine

I would recommend going to Fullerton.

I am a student at Cypress, Fullerton's sister school, and the convenience is great. For bigger schools like Santa Monica, I heard stories of horrible parking and not getting into classes that you want because of the overcrowding. At Cypress, there are always parking spaces available and I can enroll in any course I want with the best professors just by showing up on the first day of class without any hassle; I am sure Fullerton is just as easy.

The transfer opportunities at both schools are good too; both schools have UCLA TAP/Honors programs that basically guarantee acceptance with gpa over 3.5. I know students last year transferred to Cornell, USC, UCLA (one Regents Scholarship), Berkeley, and others from Cypress, which is known as the vocational school, so Fullerton probably has even more impressive transfer statistics. As long as you have high grades and have good activities, you can transfer anywhere.

The Fullerton/Cypress partnership makes things even more easier. The schools are only a few miles apart, and if you have a time conflict with one of your classes at Fullerton, you could easily take a class at Cypress and have your financial aid/transcripts be carried over. Both schools have brand-new, state of the art libraries and I have met alot of people through the Honors Program. Don't stress yourself out, Fullerton provides plenty of opportunties and it's cheaper. Just get high grades and join the Honors program, and you'll get into UCLA.

Thanks a lot for your helpful advice, justdrop.
Still need to consult more people before I make the final decision...

Saddleback/IVC no better relationship.
