So this is what I have planned out for 11th and 12th grades:

11th:
1.) Precalculus
2.) APUSH
3.) PE III
4.) Chamber Orchestra
5.) Lunch
6.) AP English III
7.) Honors Physics
8.)

12th:
1.) AP Calc AB
2.) PE IV
3.) Chamber Strings
4.) Lunch
5.) AP English IV
6.) AP Biology
7.)
8.)

So as you can see I have 3 empty spots. 1 in 11th, and 2 in 12th.

I want to take 3 from either: AP Psychology, AP Physics, Anatomy and Physiology (not AP), Genetics (also not AP), AP Computer Science and/or AP Environmental Science.

I want to be either a medical doctor, specifically a neurologist is what I'm thinking or a bio-medical engineer therefore, I'm trying to plan and think ahead for college and undergrad school. Which 3 classes do you think would benefit me the most from the above mentioned options?

I was thinking about taking AP Psych, A & P, and Genetics, but I feel like that would be kind of pointless because A & P and Genetics aren't AP classes, so they would not help me out in college.

What are your thoughts?
Which 3 would be the most helpful?

A class does not necessarily have to be “AP” to help you. Take what interests you. Although it is important to maintain rigorous classes. You have a rigorous schedule already, but it depends on what selectivity of universities you are applying to. Are the Anatomy and Physiology, and Genetics classes seen as “easy” at your school? Are they still somewhat difficult classes? Some things you would want to keep in mind if you are planning on going to a more selective university.

I would personally recommend AP Physics. Is it AP Physics B or C? Most colleges I have looked at do not give credit for B, but they do for C. You’ll have to look at the colleges you are interested in to see exactly what credit they offer for what score on what AP tests.

It’s just a personal preference. I am taking it next year, (Physics B) and I am excited, I’ve already started reading a bunch of junk about it.

In terms of difficulty, AP Enviro (which I am taking right now) is seen as a “lite” AP, it’s not as difficult as many of the others, so is AP Psych. the AP Psych classes at our school basically watch movies all day and most don’t even take the AP test / do bad on it.

Although I’d assume you’d be taking Physics C your Senior year since you are doing Honors in 11th grade, That would be a pretty rigorous schedule having AP Calc/Bio/Physics.

Basically if your goal here is to impress selective universities do Physics. I’m not in Computer Science but I think that’s a good skill to have.
