I was wondering which college had the cleanest/newest/nicest dorms

college 10 and 9. They are new

Just a FYI: I wouldn’t pick a residential college solely based on the dorms. Sure, it’s great that the rooms there are a bit nicer than the other colleges, but I guarantee you that after you graduate, you will barely remember what your freshman year dorm was like but more of the people you hung out with.

I picked C10 out of high school solely because it was new and I was happy that my floormates were chill, but we all just kinda hung out with each other because we were all there. I had fun with them and all (still talk with a few of them), but that’s about it.

I ended up transferring to Cowell and COMPLETELY loved it there. I felt that my personality and interests aligned with a lot of people there, which made for a perfect freshman year. Of course you might love it at C9/10, but try to look outside of the box.

FYI the Porter dorms are newer than C9/10, since they just finished completely remodeling 3 years ago.

But I agree with MidnightGolfer… don’t pick a college based on how new or “nice” the dorms are. Find a college that best matches your personality, lifestyle, interests, etc.
