<p>I was put into Revelle! I just thought it would be interesting to see if there's anyone out there with Revelle as their first choice and Muir as their last choice, but was put in Muir xD</p>

<p>Got Warren! (I emailed the UC office to put Muir first and they did on my application, but the change wasn’t until around late January so I think UCSD saw Warren first, and I’m glad it’s what I got!)</p>
<p>somebody said 1/3 of the students put muir first. I don’t remember what i put first, but I’m assuming it was muir because thats where i got in.</p>

I got into Eleanor Roosevelt!!! my first choice college very happy and i don’t care what people say about MMW, Roosevelt is pretty amazing we got the new buildings as well as is home for the international students:) GO Tritons!!!</li>

<p>And they put me in Revelle too! Guess that means I’m not going to UCSD :P</p>
<p>Why is Muir so popular? I forgot my reasons for putting it first, but it definitely had something to do with what I read on the GE requirements for Muir.</p>

<p>They actually put me into Marshall! I didn’t know about Revelle’s GEs when i applied, but thankfully i got my second choice! But it begs the question, how did some put Revelle last and get it, but i put it first and didn’t?</p>
<p>I believe my order went like this: </p>

<p>And I got Sixth. Despite being a Biochem & Cell Biology major I’m not particularly worried about GE’s, because I love art. (:</p>

<p>Got my choice of Warren, but didn’t get my first choice major (mechanical) but instead got electrical. Not too bad, will definitely be attending this fall.</p>

<p>Why is everyone bagging on Revelle???
Best GEs, best location on campus (especially if you are a science student), and the best traditions on campus
The only bad thing I can think of Revelle are the dorms</p>

just wondering…how does this whole system of putting students into colleges work? is it by stats or just by luck?</p>

<p>I heard that they kind of prioritize the admitted students and assign colleges according to the order.</p>

<p>Warren 1st choice –> got warren</p>
<p>muir is the most popular, because it’s technically the easiest/laid back college at UCSD</p>
