Which Colleges are on the RISE? (UMCP??)

Maximus, markus, and bramin.

Stop making new characters to support northeastern. WE GET IT. You're actually making your school look bad by the massive amount of trolling you do for it. Just stick with maximus.

I'm sure Northeastern will eventually crack the top 50. But it will most likely NEVER be an ivy-level institution.

Harvard is kinda on the way down in that their sciences are not quite as strong as their humanities and social sciences. Stanford has a good blend of both and is definitely on the way up (if it can go up much more :p). Summers was trying to pump more funding into the sciences to keep Harvard at the top, so it should be interesting to see how that goes without him.

Wake Forest, U Chicago, USC, Davidson, U Florida, Case Western, Washington, Boston U, and Brown are on the rise.

"I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but by any chance did you get rejected by Northeastern or something? If so, sorry about that. You can always transfer in as long as you keep up your grades and stay involved in leadership roles with your ECs, get internships at top companies, etc."

Sorry but my parents would kill me if I tried to transfer to a school ranked 115th. Thx for the sarcastic and vitriolic post though. More prestige points for northeastern!!! What a great model student you are.

Keep up the personal attacks. You are making northeastern look SUPER!

what about baylor?

Honestly, I think Harvard is slipping, at least compared to its peers.

Schools on the rise: USC for sure, UChicago, WashU, Northeastern, Emory, Austin College, Wisconsin, Penn

University of Washington and University of Michigan-Ann Arbor..FOR SURE

Michigan can't really get much higher.

I totally agree with Washington though.

Captain Crusty (whoever he is) is just flaming you guys. There is no way that Northeastern (even though it is rising) is going to join the ivy league. I have a strong suspicion that Mr. Crusty is this guy from another college board who has it out for Northeastern. I am reporting him to the moderator.

OSU is on its way to becoming a "public icy,"

I sense some bias in yougotjohn.

I don't agree with many of these colleges as being on the rise..I'm pretty sure I saw UCLA, USC, UCSD etc. in some lists. In my opinion these schools have already risen to the top.

UC Davis...on the rise....new college of Biology, expansion of UC Davis Medical Center...and the new sports facilities, with D-1 teams are redefining the University....

UC San Diego, closing the Gap on Cal and UCLA, major construction going on to open up new graduate research opportunities.

There is definitely bias in me kcirsch, haha. I'm a Buckeye and proud. Haha. But I do know people who have attended a lot of the Ohio universities I talk about and done a lot of research on them; I really do believe Ohio is on its way up. Believe in the North Coast!

Baylor is certainly not on the rise. Neither is Pepperdine, unless people want nice weather.

The current trend is that the Top 25 are rising as applicants increase and apply to more schools (dumping an egg in each basket).

I would definitely say... CASE, Wisconsin-Madison, UCSD and Bucknell.

OSU=Oregon State?

I'm pretty sure he was referring to Ohio State.
