Do any of the Ivy Leagues superscore the SAT or the ACT?
What about Stanford, Georgetown, and the UCs?

Google superscore ACT for a list of those colleges. I believe most schools superscore the SAT but haven’t seen a specific list. I think Stanford has info on their web site about how they look at scores.

‘Google’ should always be your first shopping destination:
ACT: http://www.freetestprep.com/blog/resources/list-of-colleges-and-universities-that-superscore-the-act-test/
SAT: http://www.scoreatthetop.com/blog-1/colleges-that-do-not-superscore-the-sat

And , if you can’t find it through Google, you need to go to each individual college’s website to find out. Here, I’ll do one ivy for you: http://www.princeton.edu/admission/applyingforadmission/faq/standardized_tests/

When colleges require all scores, but claim that they superscore, will it be very bad if I got in the 600s on a subsection on one of my test dates?

I can’t think of any reason why the schools would tell you one thing (they superscore) and do another (contradict themselves).
