<p>Hi All,
I would like to seek your advice regarding which programs to go for? By qualification I am a Mechanical Engineer from a very reputed institute and have 2 years of work experience in the IT Consulting sector (Enterprise Solutions).</p>
<p>However, I decided to shift my career and took a plunge in the development sector in which I would now like to specialize. Although I have just one year of experience of working with a grassroot dev. organization, but I look forward to working for a couple more years before applying to a school. Considering my engineering background (and its irrelevance to the field I am working in), I do realize the importance of acquiring further education in this sector.</p>
<p>My concern is I am not very sure which Graduate program should I go for? From what I have researched upon, I find Master of Public Policy (Administration) and MA - International Relations of relevance. But between the two I am not able to decide. Also, I haven't previously taken any course on economics and both these programs seem to have that as a prerequisite. Should that be an area of worry?</p>
<p>Can anyone help me out?</p>
