Which has a higher precedence?

I'm currently a junior and I plan on applying to colleges such as Stanford, MIT, and Cornell.

I estimated that my combined gpa of freshman, sophomore, and junior would be 92.88 but my estimated gpa by the end of junior year should be ~98-100.

Which has a higher precedence for the colleges I've listed above, combined or junior year? Also, would these college look down on my app because of my mediocre averages (imo) for freshmen and sophomore year?

I've heard Stanford does not use freshman year grades in their admissions.

They use the conmined average. While Stanford 'doesn't use' freshman year grades, they strongly cconsider rank. These scchools will be tough to get into for anyone who did not do well all through high school.

My school doesn't rank.
