<p>Aren't you supposed to list all your citizenships?</p>
<p>If you have to pick, I would choose Canadian. Some colleges are need-blind for Canadians but not other internationals, which might imply that Canadians get preferential treatment over other internationals (even at colleges with different fin aid policies).</p>
<p>To add on to b@r!um, most (if not all?) the Ivy League schools are need-blind for Canadians, but many are need-aware for other internationals.</p>
