Which is better: my SAT or ACT scores?

I recently got back my ACT score and I’m now not sure whether I should send colleges my ACT scores or my SAT scores. I’m a little confused on the score equivalency between the two so I apologize if this is a dumb question. These are my scores:
ACT (plus writing): 32
SAT: 1970

Also please don’t advise me to take either test again, both scores are in range for the colleges I’m applying to and I have no plans to see either test ever again; I just want to know which score would be better on my application.

Definitely ACT! 32 is equivalent to 2090-2100 I believe

what’s the CR and Math on the SAT?

The ACT site has an equivalence calculator that allow you to compare R, M, and W or just R and M against the ACT.

For example, an SAT that has an 800 writing and Reading and Math scores of 590 each … I wouldn’t use.
But if the R&M were 750 each and the writing was 480 … that might be a different thing.
