<p>I know that U Penn, and Cornell do not require SAT IIs, and I know that you can have the requirement waived by Brown. Do any other schools not require them or offer waivers?</p>
<p>yale doesnt require them, but you can submit them if you like. harvard is probably the same way.</p>
