Which of these schools require a score report from Collegeboard/ACT? URGENT!!!

Hi All,

I received word today from friends that it's not absolutely necessary to send in official scores from collegeboard/ACT when you're first applying. Of course, it's necessary to input your scores into the application, but are score reports really not necessary?
This is what i hear about UC's. Confirmation of this info would be much appreciated.
I'm also applying to
USC
USD (University of San Diego)
Stanford
Columbia
Harvard

If someone could tell me about the score reports on those schools, that would be MUCH appreciated.

And on a side note....
I gave my teachers self-sealed envelopes made out to the Office of Admissions at USC for teacher evaluations/letters of recs and also for the official transcript report. But I also received word that there's a separate and specific address to make this out to???
Please help!!

Thank you all for your answers!

College admissions offices will expect official score reports and will not consider your application to be complete unless they are provided.

Regarding USC, the best way to get an accurate answer is to call the admissions office.

For the UCs you input your grades into the application, and don’t need to send a transcript, but I’ve never heard you don’t need to send the SATs.
