Which one is harder?

Do you think it is easier to get into Penn as a freshman or as a transfer student? Or are they about the same?

I don't see any reason why it would be easier to get in as a transfer student. I'm almost 100% sure it's much easier to get into Penn as a freshman. Transferring to a good school like Penn is not an easy task.

This is a long-debated subject. If you want to go to Penn, apply as a freshman and don't try to back-door in as a transfer. That's certainly the sanest route. However, Penn loves transfer students (as opposed to Princeton), and another year under your belt may give you an excellent chance to show how you perform in college classes.

If Matt doesnt admit it, I'll admit it for him

after the suicide-by-Samosas-attempt, he tried to transfer to Princeton.
Failure to do so was followed by a suicide-by-fried-oreos-attempt

well I already got into Penn as a fresh, just trying to figure out if I take a different offer and am miserable, if it will be possible for me to transfer back
