Options:
Precalculus honors
Probability & Statistics with applications honors
AP Calculus AB
AP Statistics

Obviously 4 available courses with only 3 spots to fill

precalc, AP Calc, then your choice of stat class. You don’t want to take a break from the normal math progression and go back to it later.

I also say pre-calc, AP Calculus AB, and then either statistics class (or AP Calculus BC if you are able to take it).

If your school allows it, you could also skip pre-calculus, but I would only do this if you have a solid understanding of the topics. I know quite a few people that skipped pre-calc but did well in calculus and higher-level subjects.

Additionally, taking calculus before statistics is often a good idea. One reason is, even though calculus is not required for AP Stats, many of the topics are easier to understand with a background in calculus.

Agree with the above posters.

Thanks. The school only goes up to Calculus AB. Any preference between AP stats vs Probability & Statistics?
