which Penn State campus should I choose?

So I know Im posting this to the main campuses sub forum, but I know many people who are there started at the smaller campuses. So I don't know what my second campus choice would be if I do not get into University Park. What I want is for on-campus housing, engineering major taught there (specifically Bioengineering) and for a good party scene. What campus is like this from your knowledge? Thanks!

I don’t think bioengineering is actually taught anywhere other than UP, so if you start at a branch campus you would need to transfer to UP after you had done your gen-eds - I believe that is typically after 3-4 semesters.

I cannot otherwise comment - I spent all my time at UP and never even visited one of the others.

Except in Architectural Engineering entrance to major does not happen until junior year in the College of Engineering. I believe you can complete your first two years at any branch campus.

Mont Alto.
